The National Two Sessions -- the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) -- opened on March 3 and 5 respectively in Beijing with leaders and deputies from all over China in attendance.
Jilin deputies have visited local villages and towns, listened to people's voices, and given out solutions to their problems in the past year and are to submit their proposals and motions during the Two Sessions to help improve people's living conditions.
