The second sessions of the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee and the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) opened in Beijing on March 3 and 5 respectively, with CPPCC members and deputies from across the country attending the event.
Jilin CPPCC members and NPC deputies visited local areas, listened to people's views, and discussed solutions to some of the problems encountered over the past year. They will submit their proposals and motions during the event.
