Other topics will include leisure agriculture, agricultural finance and agricultural commodity futures. Training will progress from focusing on technical training to focusing on concepts and market developments.

For agricultural technicians, Jilin plans to focus on training for advanced green and practical agricultural technology.

It will organize for agricultural technicians to give lectures, engage in competitions and get involved in experimental design and other activities.

The goal will be to improve the skills and organizational ability of technicians, strengthen their policy theory, abilities to harmonize with others and to learn to organize and be better managers.

The end-result will be that the students will help the development of new agricultural business entities and acquire other related knowledge and training. This will improve the comprehensive quality and service ability of agricultural technicians.
