Northeast China’s Jilin province launched a company service week event on April 8, aiming to build a better business environment and support private company reforms and their development, according to a news conference held on the day.

Officials said that the week runs from April 13 to 19 and seven special services will be offered during the event.

Organizers said April 13 is taxes and administrative fees reduction services day, when the province’s tax department, finance department, human resources and social security department, and other departments will offer advice and support on taxes and administrative fees reduction services.

April 14 is finance services day, aiming to enhance the financial policies for small enterprises and help companies boost their development.

April 15 is technological innovation services day, when the province’s science and technology department will roll out policies to support innovation and the development of businesses.

April 16 is professional introduction and training services day, aiming to help enterprises attract top skilled professionals and university graduates.

April 17 is judicial rights protection services day, when related policies will be explained to companies.

April 18 is projects promotion services day, aiming to accelerate approval, the start and construction of key projects and tackle the problems being experienced by businesses.

April 19 is fair competition services day, when related departments will explain policies in approvals, operations, bidding and other areas, aiming to optimize the environment for fair competition.
