Changchun expo to focus on cultural items

The 2019 China (Changchun) Cultural Products Trade Fair will be held at the Changchun International Conference and Exhibition Center in Changchun, capital of Northeast China’s Jilin province, from May 24 to 27. This is the sixth time the fair has been held.

This year’s fair will be hosted by the Changchun trade promotion department, cover a total exhibition area of 32,000 square meters, and consist of 1,520 booths.

Around 800 companies will showcase and sell their cultural products at the fair, including those from countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.

A Jingdezhen ceramics exhibition will also be held simultaneously. It will showcase ceramics from 76 Jingdezhen companies and hold five lectures on ceramics. Visitors will also have a chance to try their hands at making their own ceramics.

A tea expo, jade expo, and exhibitions of cultural items such as embroidery, classical furniture, calligraphy, and paintings will also be held during the four-day event.
