Themed on "Brand Building and Rural Revitalization", the forum launched an initiate to protect the black soil in major grain producing areas of Jilin province.

Ten experimental demonstration bases in the provinces of Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Inner Mongolia autonomous region were awarded for their efforts in black soil protection at the event.
